By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Exchange Policy.
Ghaffari reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, with updates posted on this page.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old or accessing under the supervision of a parent/guardian to make a purchase.
Ghaffari reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive for complete accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or packaging updates.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items without prior notice.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized or Cash on Delivery is accepted by our sales team.
For COD orders, full payment must be made to the courier before opening the package.
Prices are displayed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
Any order may be cancelled by Ghaffari in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary by location (typically 4–5 working days for major cities). Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier issues or peak festive seasons.
Shipping charges apply to orders below PKR 5,000.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customers have lifetime from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with labels intact.
Certain items (e.g., oils, sample packs, agarwood) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are rare and processed only in exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-stock products).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, imagery, designs, logos, and product photography—remains the exclusive property of Ghaffari.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ghaffari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delayed deliveries, or website access.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders.
Any misuse of our website, including fraudulent orders or false claims, may result in legal action.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
