Ghaffari reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.<\/p>

We strive for complete accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or packaging updates.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT<\/b><\/p>

Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized or Cash on Delivery is accepted by our sales team.
For COD orders, full payment must be made to the courier before opening the package.
Prices are displayed in PKR and are subject to change without notice.
Any order may be cancelled by Ghaffari in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.<\/p>

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY<\/b><\/p>

Delivery times vary by location (typically 4\u20135 working days for major cities). Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier issues or peak festive seasons.
Shipping charges apply to orders below PKR 5,000.<\/p>

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES<\/b><\/p>

Customers have lifetime from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with labels intact.
Certain items (e.g., oils, sample packs, agarwood) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Refunds are rare and processed only in exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-stock products).

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/b><\/p>
